10 Steps to Choosing and Booking an All Inclusive Resort and Caribbean Vacation
There are several steps you can take to make sure that your all inclusive resort and Caribbean vacation fits you and your budget to perfection. By following these steps you assure that you will be able to fully enjoy all Caribbean inclusive resorts have to offer, instead of thinking in terms of regret.
1)Make a list of amenities and activities you are looking for in an All Inclusive Resort and Caribbean Vacation:
Anyone who lets the resorts tell them what they are looking for in a vacation is destined to fail at enjoying all Caribbean inclusive resorts have to offer. We are all unique, and with that being said we all desire something different in our vacation. Sit down with your family, or by yourself if traveling alone, and decide what activities and amenities would make your experience perfect during your all inclusive resort and Caribbean vacation.
2)Check out the list of islands and activities that we provide at CaribbeanResortsWorld.com:
Our site offers an in depth look at the various islands and destinations in the Caribbean and what each offers in terms of activities. Whether you are looking for scuba diving, fishing, snorkeling, or water sports, each destination has its own specialty in terms of activities. By consulting our list you will be able to choose the destination that is perfect for you and your all inclusive resort and Caribbean vacation.
3)Choose a destination and set a budget:
Now that you have seen what all the Caribbean destinations have to offer, you can choose the one that best fits your needs and wants. Too many people start their trip planning by looking for a resort first, and not thinking about the destination. These people are the travelers that do not get to enjoy all Caribbean inclusive resorts have to offer. By researching destinations you will assure yourself a trip that entertains you and those you are traveling with. Once you have chosen the destination it is time to set a budget.
It is important to set your budget before looking for a resort because it will make the decision making process easier. Could you enjoy your experience more if you cut your stay back one night? Deciding on a budget for your trip means you will not be worried about money while you are relaxing on a sunny tropical beach.
4)Visit Tripadvisor.com to look at resorts based on budget and location:
The next stop on our decision making process is Tripadvisor.com. This site is perfectly geared for our brand of research because it allows you to view resorts via location and price range. This is also a great site for finding promotional deals at some of the resorts.
5)Choose five resorts and research them through their websites, Google groups, and Yahoo groups:
Now that you have found resorts at your location and within your budget it is time to make a short list of possible places to spend your vacation. The list should contain about five resort locations. From here you want to research and take notes on the resorts that comprise your list. Visit the resorts websites. Since you have already decided on what amenities and activities you want on your trip, now let the hotels tell you whether they provide them. Also visit Google and Yahoo groups. Here you will find a large amount of third party reviews and opinions on everything travel.
6)Narrow list down to 3 and see if any of them are offering promotions via their websites or booking engine:
Shave your list down to three choices and begin to research the availability of any promotions. This step could lead directly to step 8 if the promotion is to good to pass up. Often times quality promotions can be found on the websites of the hotels, and on their booking engines.
7)Research what is around the hotel:
To often people become so enamored with the property they are going to stay at they forget to research the overall area. If you are going on an extended vacation you will surely not be spending all of your time at the resort. It is important to see what is around the property, and also if the resort offers transportation to any of the near by points of interest.
8)Pick your resort and book online:
By now you have enough information to book your hotel. I would suggest you try the convenience of booking online, as you may find it cheaper and less of a headache. Often times booking engines will offer a promotion or discount, and even if they don't it is the fastest way to make sure the date for your vacation is set.
9)Confirm your reservation:
When booking via internet you should receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this email make sure to contact the number that most booking engines provide you for their telephone reservations. If you do receive it, still make an attempt to confirm your reservation sometime before you leave.
10)Enjoy your all inclusive resort and Caribbean vacation, and make sure to tell the world how it went:
Enjoy your trip knowing everything that you chose fit you perfectly. Make sure that when your return to from your vacation that you tell the world about it via our website, Google groups, Yahoo groups, or any of the travel sites available. This could make someone else's pre-trip research easier, and help guide them to their dream Caribbean vacation.
